- Registration will only be confirmed once payment is received.
- Registration fees include tea breaks and lunches as per programme, meeting materials, and certificate of attendance.
- All payment must be made via the online payment system integrated in the registration form (MOLPay).
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the 8th COSC 2018 Secretariat by email at email@example.com. Cancellations received in writing to the Secretariat by 15th August 2018, will be accepted and registration fees will be refunded less an administrative fee of RM50. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Conference only. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after January 1st September 2018, or non-attendance at the Conference.
