CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to COSC 2023 Congress Secretariat by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
For written requests received on or before 31st July 2023, your registration fees will be refunded after deducting the administration fee of RM 50.
For written requests received after 31st July 2023 and on or before 31st August 2023, your registration fees will be refunded 50% with an additional of administration fee of RM 50 per person. The refund will be processed after the Congress only.
No refund will be given for cancellations made on or after 1st September 2023, or non-attendance at the Congress.
